TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Intensive course content may vary depending on the students need or instructors recommendations
2. All courses require a deposit payment of either £75 or £150 (depending on what is required for your course) before the test and intensive course can be booked and need to be paid via paypal or by cheque payable to K. Haynes (the cheque would need to be cleared before booking of the test and course could be done).
3. The Courses where applicable include one and one only practical test fee (£62.00) and the test hour and all the tuition stated for the course chosen. Any further tuition must be paid for by the student. Any further tests that are required must be paid for by the student. The theory test fee is NOT included in the "practical test only courses".
4. A cancellation notice is required if a student finds they are unable to tale their intensive course or any courseThe notice must be sent in writing (recorded post) or by email. This notice of cancellation must be received at Smart Drive office 18 Monks Walk, Whippingham, East Cowes, Isle Of Wight, PO32 6GN no less than 14 clear days prior to the course start date. Any course cancelled with less than 14 days notice will result in the loss of the course deposit. Course deposits are non refundable when less than 14 days to the start of the course.
5. It is the students responsibility for their driving test they have and bring their photo card and counterpart license, a valid theory test pass certificate and be able to read a number plate from 67 ft/20.5m with or without corrective lenses.
6. The balance of the course fee must be paid at the start of the course in cash (start of the first session on the first day) in full or the course will be cancelled and the student will loose their course deposit.
7. Driving tests are always arranged in advance of the course starting date. If the DSA make any changes to the driving test within the 14 day cancellation notice the course will go ahead and your instructor will do everything possible to arrange another test to be taken as quicky as possible and help to claim any out of pocket expenses from the DSA.
8. Your Instructor reserves the right to rearrange your intensive driving course and test if unforseen emergencies arise.
Your Instructor reserves the right to withhold their training vehicle for the course or driving test if the instructor feels the student is not fit to drive or is not at test standard.
